I work with anger management and communication. And when considering your approach to growth and healing, I offer options. We can go to the park and interact with nature, which helps with opening up, feeling comfortable, and developing insight. I offer biofeedback using the Heartmath technology where we can get real time feedback about disruptions in your internal world, which helps to increase focus, and get strong emotions such as anxiety or anger more in control. When doing talk therapy, I offer evidence based insights into how your brain works to help make sense of what's going on inside your mind.
